Today we learnt about our 2025 Bravo Class play - Are You New Here? 
It's a crazy wee story with school kids, teachers, police officers ...and aliens! 
All the craziness aside, it's a story which champions celebrating our differences and kindness. 

This week we learnt about the story, our characters, and highlighted our lines. 
The play has been customised specifically for our class. 
All parts/characters are of equal importance to the story, however several parts have significantly fewer spoken lines. This was arranged for those of our Bravo students who requested less lines to have to learn. 

We read through the play as a class (skipping over some sections to be able to get through it all in time).

Homework this week is to read through the play again, getting a sense of the story as a whole, and for each student to learn their first 2 lines.

As well as the script, we also handed out a list of tips and tricks to help with learning lines.
